Abstract:
     This invention discloses a substitute 5-Pyrimidinecarboxamides that can remit leukmia and suppress tumors and whose general formula is (I). (where, R1 is hydrogen or carbohydrate, R3 and R4 are hydrogen, or one among R3 and R4 is fluorine and another is hydrogen). The compounds of general foumulas (I) and (II) (where, the R1, R3 and R4 are same as above) or their additive salt mixture for medicine are also disclosed. The compounds (I) and (II) exist in a certain proportion, so the mixture shows its activity against leukmia and tumors.
