Abstract:
     In the preparation process of acetyl foromacidin the N,N-dimethyamino pyridine is used as catalyst. The procedures include extracitng with ester, removing methyl alcohol and refining. The product is single acetyl foromacidin with high activity, high flood consistency and low toxicity. With the technology the used catalyst is less, reaction procedures are reduced, production cycle is shortened by 2-3 times and the extraction rate is increased, the labour protection and disposal of waste are improved.
