| This apparatus includes a number of working zones which are connected with each other. Each working zone is composed of regulating tank, reactor, filter and separator. Baffle is installed on inner wall of the tube of tubular reactor, and heating and insulating layers around its outer wall. On production, the carbinol, starch and cation exchange resin catalyst, which are used as raw materials, are mixed in regulating tank, and then heated and react mutually in reactor. After the catalyst is filtered through filter, the filtrate is cooled to educe methyl glucoside crystal. Finally, crystal line product is separated out by separator. The filtrate can be cyclically used. | |||
