Abstract:
     The present invention refers to the prodn. of 5'-mononucleotide from brewery waste yeast. The present method makes the full break-down of yeast ribonucleic acid by increasing yeast concn., extending residence time of NaOH with yeast liq., and adjusting pH to 4-5. A preparation is used to separate nucleotide into type G and type A 5'-nucleotide during separation process. The said method is simple in technology with low investment, high recovery of nucleic acid, good product dissolubility, and high purity as compared with existing process. The present method can also be used to obtain intermediate products, e.g. yeast ribonucleic acid, deoxyribonucleic acid, and conc. protein feed.
