| This invention discloses a new solvent extraction system that can selectively extract lincomycin from weakly alkaline fermented liquid containing protein, pigment and other organic and inorganic impurities. If HCl (or H2SO4) is used for reverse extraction, a high-concentration salt solution of lincomycin hydrochloride is obtained, which can be directly used to prepare qualified lincomycin product by crystallization with acetone without decolouring and concentrating. | |||
