Abstract:
     In this process, fresh plant leaves are used as its raw material (carrot leaf is the best). Through such steps as low-temp. freezing immediately while irradiation by strong sunshine; after breaking, extraction by acid immersion; barium-salt precipitation; anion exchange, and purification by metafiltration, the 1.5-ribulose diphosphate is obtained. The active content in the product reaches more than 90%, meeting the requirement of biochemical reagent. It features that inorganic phosphorus and conjugate double bonds impurities as well as R5P and Ru5P glycophospholipin are not contained in it. The process is simple, and has low cost and high yield rate.
