Abstract:
     This invention refers to the process for preparing of an organic compound. At present, it is main way for food and copper sulfate additive to supply the copper for human body. Copper gluconate crystal which supplies copper thereof does not appeare yet. This invention utilizes aqueous solution of copper gluconate made from calcium gluconate and copper sulfate, or gluconic acid and copper carbonate or copper hydroxide. The resulting aqueous solution of copper gluconate is then added to ethanol or methanol. Heat preservation treatment is conducted to give the crystals of copper gluconate.
