Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention relates to the method for processing protein peptone of no-salt silkworm chrysalis without stink of chrysalis from dried silkworm chrysalis. After dried silkworm chrysalis are smashed, the fat and chrysalis stink will be eliminated with mixed solvent of hydrophilic organic solvent with low boiling point and hydrophobic organic solvent with low boiling point. After drying, the smashed silkworm chrysalis will floated on water and into which prolease is mixed and hydrolyzed. The dregs are removed by means of centrifugation. The upper clear liquid will be neutralized with ion-exchange resin and then dried by spraying. Thereby protein peptone is obtained. The said method is simple in process, time-saving, consumption-reduced, high in productivity, fine in quality. The produced protein peptone is high in nutritive value and may be used in fermentation industry, food industry and other light industry as superior raw material. | |||
