Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the preparation method of an high efficiency depressant for phosphorus mineral floatation (for short L-399), that is produced by using the lignin calcium sulfonate which is the by product from paper making from needlebush and sulfite as raw material. Then it is acidized, decalcified and acted with formaldehyde and sodium sulfite to carry out sulfomethylation in the presence of sulfuric acid. The said method adopts optimal technological conditions which are favourable to improving the depressing performance of the relevant products in floatation. Therefore, the resulting in product "L-339" will result in excellent floatation specifications and it will open a new way for developing and utilizing low-grade phosphorus mineral. The said method is suitable for industrial-scale.
