Abstract: |
|||
| This invention has a component (F3) screened from the ingredients of the root of Astragalus membranaceus. In its extracorporeal experiment, it can largely increase the power of LAK cells induced by inter-leukin-II to kill cancer cells, so it is possible to find out a bioreaction regulator from traditional Chinese medicines, that can cooperate with another one to kill cancer cells without seriously toxic by-effect. In addition, earlier work shows that F3 can generate full immunity recovery to the lymphocyte of a cancer patient and the immunosuppression state of an animal, which is superior to currently commonly used bioreaction regulators, such as interferon and interleukin-II. | |||
