Abstract:
     This invention relates to a process for obtaining an active component GMD 1630 having high chemical stability by extraction and refinement to the resin of black nightshade plant (G.M.D) (Guttiferae). The sufficient research to this matter in pharmacology and toxicology has made. Data show that it has high potential to dissolve cells which will be irreversibly killed in a low concentration of less than 10 ng/ml and very low poisoning phenomenon only appears. Many methods for fast extraction of GMD 1630 and many ways for storage of GMD 1630 for a long time are also designed. In addition, more pharmacological determinations in test tubes and the bio-tests are designed for monitoring poisoning phenomenon.
