     The present invention discloses a new anti-cancer medicine and its preparation method. It is characterized by that sophocarpine extracted from sophora alopecuroides (Chinese medicinal plant) is used as active component, and is mixed with medicinal carrier and additive and made into injection, tablet, capsule and other preparations. Its preparation method is that it uses sophora alopecuroides (its portion on ground) and makes that pass through such steps of soaking, diacolation, ion-exchange, alkalization, elution, primary salt transformation, freeing, extracting, second salt transformation, freeing, extracting, third salt transformation, freeing, extracting, rough crystalizing, refining to obtain sophocarpine, then the sophocarpine is made up into the invented injection by adding hydrochloric acid.
