Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a membrane method combined new technological process for producing stevioside by using leaves of stevia rebaudianum. It is made up by making the leaves of stevia rebaudianum pass through a series of procedures of soaking, flocculation, plate-frame press-filtering, microporous filtering, ultrafiltration, ion exchange, hyperfiltration, membrane evaporation and spray-drying. The external wall of the microporous filtering tube is precoated with pearlite to make pretreatment, and those processes of microporous filtering, ultrafiltration and hyperfiltration respectively have a backwash device, and all the processes respectively have the different operation pressures and temperatures, and the above-mentioned raw material is passed through such processes of purification, decoloring, concentration and spray-drying, so that the invented powdered stevioside product can be obtained.
