| A process for separating antineoplastic component from glossy ganoderma spores includes such steps as immersing said spores in organic solvent for leaching, centrifugal separation of liquid extract, vacuum concentrating at 59 deg.C to obtain oily substance, separating by silicagel column through chrometography, elution with choroform, ethyl acetate and methanol sequentially, evaporating and examining its toxin by human cervix cancer HeLa cells. Its advantages include high yield, high activity at very low concentration (0.08 mg/ml). and low cost. | |||
