Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a Chinese olive polyphenol and its preparation method. Said preparation method includes the following steps: using Chinese olive leaf and fruit as raw material, pretreating them to make them meet raw material standard, drying and pulverizing, extracting phenols matter, finally, adopting vacuum drying method to obtain the invented Chinese olive polyphenol dry powder. Said invention discloses its medicinal application and extraction method.
