Abstract:
     The preparation process of aloperine includes the following steps: using organic solvent to extract total alkali liquor of sophora alopecuroide; using the obtianed extract and dilute acid to make displacement extraction, then separating out dilute acid and making crystallization, filtering, drying or reduced pressure concentrating extract to obtain aloperine crude product, and making recrystallizatino to obtain aloperine refined product. Said process is suitable for industrial production, its yield rate and purity are high.
