Abstract:
     The present inventino relates to an anticancer medicine and its preparation method. The main component of said medicine is achyranthes root saponin, and is a triterpenoid saponin using oleanolic acid and glucuronic acid as sapogenin, and its preparation method includes the following steps: thermal counter-current extraction of achyranthes root in ethyl alcohol liquor with reflux: respectively using chloroform and n-butanol to make extraction, aluting, chromatography and drying so as to obtain the invented product with strong anticancer activity, small toxicity and the function of effectively raising immunity of human body.
