Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity icariine from crude epimedium extract by using high-speed countercurrent chromatography, and it is characterized by that it uses two-phase mutual immiscible solvent systems to making separation and purification of natural product in the supporting tube in the mode of high-speed planetary movement. The purity of obtained icariine can be up to above 98%. Said ivnention is applicable to separation and preparation of icariine monomer from crude epimedium extract prepared by using various technological conditions, and is applicable to various types of coutnercurrent chromatographic instruments.
