Abstract:
     Corrosion-inhibitive an anti-sludge agent synthesized by the method of this invention is the derivatives of thiophosphate ester or imidazaline phosphate ester obtained by the reaction of the mixture, which contains fatty acid and resin acid or is obtained by reacting fatly acid with golyamine compound and cydoxyethane, with P2S5 or P2O5 etc.. When the agent is used in sewage treatment and return water system of oil field, it manifests marked corrosion-inhibition and anti-sludge property for the steel pipe lines and equipments without the necessity for other chemical agents. Its efficiency of corrosion inhibition can reach to about 80%, the efficiency of antisludg may reach to 80-100%.
