Abstract:
     A kind of preparing emulsifier method from soy bean mixed phosphatide which may be used for intravenous injection. This includes to extract and separate the main ingredient lecithin and cephalin from mixed soybean phosphatide, then to treat the cephalin and lecithin separately. Futher treatment to lecthin includes technologies such as salting out, dissolving and adsorbing also degreasing, etc. Utilizing said method lecithin emulsion for taken orally class and injection class may be prepared, also cephalin for taken orally class may be prepared.
