Abstract:
     This technology uses the pasty layer of plant seeds as raw material. By acidic extraction and purification, a dilute phytic acid liquor is yielded. Then a corresponding amount of alkali is added to neutralize phytic acid liquor. The obtained liquid is concentrated by reduced pressure, crystallized and dried; finally, a solid salt of phytic acid is produced. The product of this invention overcomes effectively the defects in available phytic acid. It may be used under the acidic, neutral, and alkaline conditions, and may be also used as oral medicine. It can raise the electrolyte "Sodium" content of human body, and supplement the trace element of "Zinc". It is a ideal substitute of phytic acid.
