Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a synthesizing process of osmosizing agent (A zone) capable of promoting conveying drug into inner layer of human or animal skin and quickening skin absorption during drug-conveying. It uses bromogeramine capable of inhibiting activity of potassium hydride as catalyst, and makes potassium hydride, caprolactam and bromo-dodecane react in the tetrahydrofuran solution so as to produce Azone. Said process is nontoxic,free from danger, its operation needs no special protection measure, and its reaction period is short, product yield is high, thus reducing reaction cost. It is suitable for industrial production on a large scale and is convenient for application and popularization.
