Abstract:
     Said invention provided with two steps synthesis method for praparation of quinolone using ortho-phenyl enenediamine and chloro acetic acid as raw material, and ammonium carbonate as acid suppressor. It is mixed with water solution according to the reaction condition slowly adding into reactor which may effectively control the reaction speed and may avoid from by product to be formed. The toal yield of end product may attain 88%. Said invention has overcomed shortcoming in residue extraction of toxic slid waste materials. The exhaust waste liquid is ammonium chloride solution which is a better nitrogenous fertilizer after a little treatment.
