Abstract:
     The present invention gives up such methods for producing nicoteine mother liquor as distillation or immersion-decocting, but adopts such a method that adds appropriate caustic soda solution to the tabacco, and puts them in an air-tight pot for dry distillation to produce the nicoteine mother liquor. It features short process, and high economic benefit, and the "three wastes" produced in the course of production are easily treated and utilized.
