Abstract:
The present invention relates to a purification method of L-proline. The existent L-proline purification methods, including ion-exchange resin method, ethyl alcohol-ethyl ether method and water-ethyl alcohol-acetone method etc., have the disadventages of numerous and trivial operation, low efficiency or high solvent cost and difficult recovery, etc.. Said invention provides a method of purifying L-proline by using water and low carbon alcohol mixture. First it uses water and C1-C2 alcohol mixture to dissolve L-proline, and then adds C3-C4 alcohol mixture so as to make L-proline crystal separated out. As compared with the existent technique, the invented method has the advantages of high product purity, low raw material cost, easy recovery and reuse and simple operation, erc..
