Abstract:
     In the prepn. method of the inhibiting agent for the propagation of malignant tumour cell of animals including human beings, a mixture of polycondensates of L-lactic acid of 5-25 condensation in straight chain form and of L-lactic acid of 2-15 condensation in ring form is collected from the ingredients through a process wherein the lactic acid is heated under normal or negative pressure with introduction of inert gas to evaporate the water content, and the low polymer thus obtained and suspended in methyl alcohol is filtered after balancing at a certain temp., dried by decompression and then solved in acetonitrile, and separated in inverse phase ODS column after balancing by acetonitrile solution of 10-25% and pH 2-3, and washed first by acetonitrile of 35-50% and pH 2-3 and then by that of over 70%
