Abstract:
     Alkyl 2,6-substituted-5-fluoronicotinoyl-acetate is prepared through such technological steps as decarboxylating condensation of 2,6-substitution-5-fluoronicotinic chlorine as start raw material with chelate of monoalkyl magnesium malonate and hydrolysis. It features simple process, high yield and low cost. Product may be used to prepare 6-fluoro-1,8-naphthyridine derivative.
