Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a preparation method of benzimidazole compound. It is made up by using acetoaminophenol as the raw material and making that pass through the processes of etherifying, nitrifying, hydrolyzing, reducing and ring-closing reaction. In nitrification reaction water is not added, and in reduction reaction alkali metal sulfide is used to substitute for stannous chloride, and in ring-closing reaction a new ring-closing agent N-methoxy-carbonyl-0-methyl (ethyl) isourea is adopted, and it has no need of recrystallization.
