Abstract:
     This invention relates to a preparing method of bilirubin. It involves bile sucking, primary products preparing, stratified separating out, recovery of distillation, separating out cholic acid purifying primary products, washing, vacuum drawing filtration and drying. In the step of washing, it addes 10 times of E2-grade A-type solution, washing and precipitation, 20% NaHSO3, and suckes the supernatant liquid with siphon and addes E2 grade A2 type solution for washing until it is colorless. The vacuum drawing filtration involves from refined products to drying by vacuum pump and addes E2-grade A2-type solution again and again, until it is tasteless and water content is 10-20%, so the product rate and content are raised greatly.
