Abstract:
     The preparation method of notoginseng leaf total saponin extract includes the following steps: decocting notoginseng leaf by adding water, combining filtrates obtained by decocting notoginseng leaf for several times, concentracting, regulating pH value to 8-14, standing still and taking out supernatant fluid for stand-by; making the above-mentioned material pass through the macroporous adsorption resin column, eluting and collecting eluant, making eluant pass through resin column, recovering ethyl alcohol, concentrating, drying to obtain dried powder, refining the dried powder with water so as to obtain the invented notoginseng leaf total saponin extract whose purity can be up to above 85%.
