     The method for preparing alkoxyl compound by utilizing alkoxylation reaction in the presence of catalyst is characterized by that it uses the compound containing reactive hydrogen and epoxy ethane as raw material, its reaction temp. is 100-220 deg.C, reaction pressure is 0.1-0.6 MPa, its catalyst has the following structure: [RO(CH2Ch2O)nCH2COO]2-M, in which R is alkyl group or alkenyl group of C2-C30, n=1-16, M is Ca or Mg. The dose of catalyst is the weight ratio of compound containing reactive hydrogen and catalyst which is equal to 100:0.3-8.
