| The composite soybean function factor is produced with high and low temperature degreased bean dregs and through the technological steps of mixing with mixed methanol and ethanol solution at normal temperature for over 8 hr to obtain material liquid; plate-and-frame filtering or porous filtering to obtain transparent material liquid; regulating pH to 3.4-4.45, distillation and concentration at 100-125 deg.c while feeding the filtered solid material to protein work section; filtering the concentrate and spray drying to obtain the composite soybean function factor; and disinfection and packing. The composite soybean function factor contains ten kinds of nutritious components; water soluble protein, water soluble isoflavone, saponin, oligose, nucleic acid, phytic acid, vitamin E, vitamin C, carotin and trace elements. | |||
