Abstract:
    The present invention discloses one kind of gas generating preparation for gas generator of automobile safety air bag. The as generating preparation of non-azide with few residue consists of guanidine nitrate, nitro guanidine, ammonium nitrate, phase stabilizer, combustion improver, adhesive and other additive. The phase stabilizer is potassium nitrate or potassium perchlorate; the combustion improver is Milori blue, phthalocyanine blue or others; the adhesive is sodium cellulose glycolate or PVA. The gas generating preparation has very high gas generating rate and few solid residue, and is especially suitable for mixed gas generator without filtering net and firework type gas generator with small size.
