Abstract:
     This invention mainly solves the problems existed in mine used instantaneous igniting electric detonator with KCl as flame extinquishing agent, such as: the moisture absorbing trend of primary booste explosive, the degradation of spreading ability due to moisture-absoring, inaccuracy in dosage, corrosion to metallic shell, the strength decoreasing of paper cartridge, difficulty in prodn. during cloudy or raining days, low ignition ability, strict demands for detonator storage condition, short guarantee period for validity, etc. The feature of this invention is that a proper dose of red lead is added to the primary explosion train to replace KCl as a flame extinquisher, which not only conquers the defects of traditional detonator with KCl as flame extinquisher, but also provides a strong inhibiting effect on the ignition from methane.
