     Said blasting cap consist of an external case and a priming case. The particularity of the present invention resides in that it uses igniting charge that has low mechanical sensitivity and is pollution-free or with low pollution level in lieu of detonating charge that is highly sensitive mechanically and has strong pollution in fabrication. The igniting charge consists of common high explosives (PETN or RDX), it can rapidly achieve the transition from explosive ignition to explosive blasting. Detonating-charge-less instantaneous and delay types engineering blasting cap with metallic or non-metallic cases presented in said invention can be detonated by the use of detonating cap, electric igniting tip and detonating cord. It is a new type of detonating material that does not pollute the environment and is relatively safe in production, trans portation and application.
