Abstract:
     The invention is a new type high strength detonating fusetube, capable of resisting both high and low temp. It belongs to the non-electric detonation system and transmits explosion wave signal. It is made of special plastics wrought by mixing rubber with plastics, and a new booster powder, which is stable at high temp. Its range of normal working temp. is as wide as 80 deg.C -40 deg. C. All properties such as tension resistance under high temp.,bending and breaking resistance under low temp., high temp. resistance to emulsification oil and booster, etc. meet the requirements of blasting technology, and its technical indices reache the advanced international level. The mould core rod invented makes the pasting of explosive powder on the pipe wall even and the powder adheres to it firmlu. As the blasting speed meets the requirement of detonation, the quantity of charge per meter of tube is about 20% less than that of foreign products. Its production is easy and cost is low.
