Abstract:
     The invention relates to a detonator permitted for use in coal mines and featured by introduction of fluoride as flame suppression agent in the detonator. The invented detonator gets rid of the problems of moisture absorption, difficulty in powder filling and corrosion to metal casing brought about by use of potassium chloride as flame suppression agent and also the problems of high sensitivity, toxicity, unsafety in operation and harm to workers brought about by use of red lead as flame suppression agent. Besides, it has a strong suppression on detonation of methane.
