Abstract:
     The invention provides an industrial detonating cap without detonating agent with stregnthened cap. The detonating agent is replaced by a primer prepared with additives of passivator and catalyst in conventional primer. The primer composition is simple and suitable for line production of the caps. The primer has high burst energy and can effect rapid detonation and explosion under limited restrain. The invented cap can be used with various fuse, cord, delay element, electric element, etc with ensured blasting and safety, thus solving two major drawbacks of conventional caps in environmental pollution and unsafety.
