Abstract:
     The prepn. method of kindling alloy for lighter is asfollows: the kindling alloy for lighter is melted and poured into casting mould under the condition that the average diameter of crystal size of FeCe phase is more than 10 micron and is less than two times of the smallest pore diameter of the extruder forming passage to form alloy blank, the ratio of the area of extruder mould (S2) to the total area of several passages of extruder (S1), (S2)/(S1) is 8-100. The obtd. alloy blank is extruded and pressed into alloy sticks which are then cut into the specified length.
