Abstract:
    The simplified detonating element for no-initiator detonator consists of one casing and powerful explosive inside the casing, and has one first end suitable for igniting the powerful explosive with igniter and one second end suitable for transmitting detonation pulse to the detonator primer. The powerful explosive package in the middle part, after being excited, can convert from deflagration to detonation. Small amount of primer specially selected is filled for exciting the powerful explosive from the opened end of the casing, and the powerful explosive in the middle part may be filled via special filling process directly. The present invention has high reliability of detonating without initiator, simple production process, high production efficiency and low cost.
