Abstract:
    An automatic pipe embedding machine of magnetic metal detonator hollow pipe consists of main-case(1),base(17), hollow piping case(26), universal wheel(14), electric motor(16), reducer(13), frequency transformer(28) and automatic controller(29). Driving shaft(19) is arranged at bottom of hollow piping case(26), both ends of driving shafts(29) are arranged at bearing seat(9) flexibly, driven shaft(2) is arranged at top of hollow piping case(26) fixed on two bearing seats(9), several belt wheels are fixed on driven shaft(2) uniformly, and supporting wheel of moving shaft(23) is fixed in the middle of driven shaft(2). It is simple and efficient and has less labor intensity.
