Abstract:
     The present invention is a safe firecracker powder formula without potassium chlorate. The feature of this invention is that the traditional potassium chlorate is not used as oxidizer for the powder, but potassium perchlorate and barium nitrate are used instead and mixed with other chemicals. Firecrackers made according to the present invention satisfy the requirement of the document named "state workers' guard (1987) No30". Their production and transportation are safe.
