Abstract:
     The feature of the present invention is that the rubber-plastic explosive flake is prepared by choosing available high explosive, using some petrochemical by-product as binder, and roll-pressing the mixture in a definite ratio. The lowest limit speed of explosion of said explosive is 7000m/s, its lowest critical speed of explosion is 5000m/s, its limit thickness is 5mm., its critical thickness is 1.5-2mm., its impact sensitivity is 10%; its friction sensitivity is 14% and its explosion point is 296 deg.C.
