Abstract:
     The present invention refers to a high explosive consisting of single compound explosive, special flame suppressor, and binder and its preparation method. It is characterized by using water non-soluble or sparingly soluble flame suppressor, and special preparation method with the aid of water non-soluble binder. The present invention uses novel flame suppressor to substitute potassium chloride and red lead of existing technique, thus markedly increasing flame abatement capability of the said high explosive. It is esp. suitable for making mine priming device.
