Abstract:
     The invention relates to a new manufacturing process for fireworks wherein the powder contains only potassium hyperchlorate and aluminium dust without any potassium chlorate or other components. In the rolling process, a folding-rolling-up method is used to replace the conventional 8 step process, thus raising the safety of powder, reducing fabricaing steps and material consumption, and also raising productivity. The invented firework makes a clear and pleasing sound during igniting.
