Abstract:
     The powdered pig iron or other ferromagnetic materials which have a certain granularity and weight are added in pasty chemical used for making match end. By a definite technological route, the match whose one end was dipped in said chemical and becomes magnetizable is produced. An orientating equipment made of magnet (including permanent magnet or electromagnet) having a certain magnetic force is close to the matches, and all the match ends with chemical are quickly attracted by the magnet to perform their orientation. The attracted matches are then loaded in matchbox.
