Abstract:
     The technological process of this invention is: preparation of water-phase material and oil-phase material-emulsification-cooling-rapid foaming sensitization-filling of chemical roll-packing into box and stored in warehouse. It chooses sodium nitrite as foaming agent, phosphoric acid as promoter, and uses urea as supplementary foaming reagent. By this process, the foaming period is shortened from 24 hrs to only 20 minutes, and as no constant temperature for foaming is required hence building for constant temperature foaming is saved; the saving of funds is about two hundred thousand Yuan (RMB). It has no problem of post-effect of foaming, the technology is simple and the effect is significant. The test shows that the performane idex of explosion speed, explosion intensity and density meet all the requirements of standard MT66-82.
