Abstract:
     By using ammonium nitrate solution as material and through the processes of addition of reinforcing agent, evaporation melting, addition of foaming agent and activator, granulation, spraying of foaming agent and activator, fluidized desiccation, cooling, screening and packing, porous and granular ammonium nitrate is produced. Compared with product produced by dry process, the said porous and granular ammonium nitrate has grain strength raised by 50-60%, porosity raised by 50-60%, higher oil-absorbing rate, lower water content, larger blasting force and no agglomeration. The said method has the recovery rate as high as 95%.
