Abstract:
     The present invention is an improved method of firecracker production. The mixture of 5-12% silver nitrate, 28-35% nitric acid, and 25-30% alcohol is first heated to 80-100 deg.C and then adding 10-15% pearl powder and 8-15% opal latex, blended into paste. A drop of the said paste is put on small paper and dried, then put a piece of lead inside the dried powder and wrapped in paper of flat shape. The firecracker made by the present method uses less powder and paper as compared with conventional one with same performance. The present method has less work procedures, simple process, reduced labour hours and safe to produce.
