Abstract:
     This invention relates to a kind of anhydrous encapsulated fertilizer, which is a kind of N-P-K compound fertilizer, composed of urea as a core encapsulated with P-K-fertilizer powder without any solvent as binder. Ca-Mg-P fertilizer and K-fertilizer are mixed in a definite ratio. After heating, granular urea is poured on surface of the hot mixture. As the urea softens quickly or melts, the urea granules are encapsulated by the rotating action of granulator, forming the said product. The process is simple, energy consumption and investment of equipment are low; besides, efficiency of granulation is high and the effective constituents are stable. It is convenient to change the composition of the product as required so that the varieties of products may be easily multiplied.
